How are care professionals selected?
Selection considers identity, role-appropriate qualifications and registration, references or work history, safeguarding expectations, conduct and fit with the care plan. Evidence is checked before a person is assigned to regulated or clinical work.

Yes. Before ongoing care begins, Serene can introduce the proposed professional and explain their role, verified credentials and the back-up arrangement.
Which areas do you serve?
Serene provides home visits in Eldoret and surrounding areas. Provide the exact neighbourhood during your enquiry so availability can be confirmed.
Can you support a hospital discharge?

Is Serene an emergency service?
No. Do not wait for a website response if someone is seriously unwell, has sudden severe symptoms or is in immediate danger. Contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
